With over 30 years experience in the financial service and insurance industry, Brendan brings a wealth of knowledge to the business. He has successfully grown businesses in the UK and Ireland, including household names, from GE Money Motor Finance to Kwik Fit Insurance and he was the founder of digital motor insurance broker Sure Thing!. He prides himself on putting the customer at the heart of the business.

Matt brings over 15 years of personal lines experience to the team. He is a qualified actuary and has held leadership roles within the primary insurance, insurtech and consultancy markets, having worked at the likes of Policy Expert and Direct Line Group.

His vision is to build and maintain strong strategic relationships with our partners and ensure excellent service for our customers.

With over 20 years of insurance experience, Kris has worked for leading insurers and more recently within the MGA market, with the likes of Towergate, Pen and Plum Underwriting.

Working predominantly in the underwriting area, he has developed new products and schemes in the specialist personal lines space for both software houses and broker specific platforms.

Matthew has 10 years experience in the personal lines space, specialising in leading pricing and underwriting transformation for insurers targeting non-standard household and motor risks.

He has previously held senior roles at both Prestige Underwriting and more recently Geo (Ardonagh). He joins the Atec Group as group Pricing Director and will work closely with ARKEL to continue to drive innovation in the niche markets we specialise in.

Ant has almost 30 years of experience in general insurance, including senior roles at Prestige Underwriting, Midas Underwriting Ltd, and, most recently, Geo Personal Lines (Ardonagh).

With over 30 years of insurance experience, Jackie has managed delegated authority household and holiday home insurance schemes. She also held the role of Household Underwriting Manager for Towergate before moving to start up MGA, Modus Underwriting as Underwriting Manager.

She has specialised in non-standard household and let property products for software houses and broker schemes and continues to work in these niche and specialist areas at ARKEL.

Jo has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry and has specialized in Non-Standard Household underwriting for the past 14 years. Jo has held key roles at the likes of Prestige and Midas Underwriting.

Isaac started his insurance career 5 years ago at Ceta and joined Arkel in 2022 as a Trainee Underwriter. Throughout his career he has gained valuable experience within the non-standard household market as well as completing his CII qualification.

John has 7 years of experience in the insurance industry and has focused on non-standard home for the past 3. He has worked for the likes of Plum Underwriting and AXA.

Regan, with 8 years of experience in the industry, has specialized in Home and Mortgage Lender insurance. Before joining Arkel, she worked at LV and Pen Underwriting.

Chloe's underwriting journey began 16 years ago at Towergate. After 5 years, she moved to Midas UW where she continued to focus on Non Std HH insurance and HNW. In 2015, Chloe moved into Broker development where she gained a wealth of experience in broker relations and assisted in her region's GWP growth.
